Shipping & Returns

It is our purpose to charge you fair and reasonable shipping. At this time we only use USPS for our online orders. We cannot process international orders, APO or FPO addresses, or orders to Alaska or Hiawii without special arrangement by phone. If there is a problem or you need a special arrangement, please call our store during business hours.

If you wish to return an item, contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we can not pay your shipping cost for returning items to us, but we can refund your initial charge once the item is back in our store and in new/original condition. Remember to return any packaging material, product instructions, and tags when you return an item or we may not be able to consider it in "new" condition.
